Position: Area Operations Manager

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Experience as Area Manager, handling Retail Sales Operations.
Job Description :
- Manage retail operations & sales for the Franchise and Company owned stores.
- Multiple Stores/Store Sales Handling Experience Required. ( Company owned and Franchisee Stores).
- Analyse overall sales performance of the stores.
- Develop business plans & sales strategy.
- Monitor competition mapping.
- Supervise key operations parameters like merchandise mix, base stock level, visual merchandise, training etc.
- Travelling included.
