JD - Admissions Counselor
Reporting to : Zonal Biz Ops
Purpose of Job :
- Handling Online / Tele Admission enquiries & closing admissions
- Handling Chat support of admission enquiries
- Responsible for conversion of admissions.
KRA :
- Handle enquiries, admission counseling & conversions
- Plan strategies for business growth
- Explain about admission procedures and programs offered to the prospective parents through phone calls, emails
- Support the parents throughout the admission process by answering to their queries and helping them to complete the admission payment and other enrollment process.
-Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Maintain regular communication with parents, colleagues for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems (if any).
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field with professional and supervisory experience.
- Minimum 3 yrs of experience in Tele sales (product over 20K), Insurance, Edtech, K-12/ Preschool Admissions.
- Knowledge of recent preschool education trends
