Job specifications :

- Catalog Executive will be responsible for creating product description for the Firstcry UAE website

- Knowledge of Grammar, Spelling, and Punctuation is a must

- Producing engaging and target audience-oriented content with basic knowledge of keyword placement will be an add on

- Working around images and checking them while working on product description is mandatory. Checking that images are up to website standards is important

- Basic product knowledge of Mom & kids products will play an important role for this profile

- Basic understanding of web formatting tools, such as HTML is essential as job also requires you to upload PDF manual for different products listed on the website

- YouTube video upload for different products listed on the website

- The ability of problem solving will play a vital role as the person will be responsible for solving customer care issues related to content

- The person should have an understanding of what questions arises while a customer shops online as he or she will be responsible for handling Customer Questions

- A sound knowledge of how customer reviews and ratings work in an e commerce company will be of great help as daily task includes handling of customer reviews and rating

- Knowledge of how an e-commerce company works from start to finish point is necessary as the job also requires you to tackle issues that arises when an order is placed but gets rejected at warehouse level due to issues such as color/size/age group. What are the criteria on which a customer returns the product and keeping a track on sales return are also some of the responsibility of the person
