First Steps - Assistant Manager - Sales (3-4 yrs)
Job Purpose:
- To get sales revenue through mall space sales across various platforms i.e. outdoor fa- ade spaces, indoor spaces signages, weekend atrium spaces, kiosks, barters, innovative space selling in the mall.
- Device innovative concepts to sell the ad space across platforms
Principle Accountabilities :
- Planning and executing various activities related to Space Selling by coordinating with various agencies, retailers and concerned partners associated resulting into maximum revenue generation.
- Negotiating with prospective clients both inside and outside malls and adhering to timelines as decided.
- Analyzing and working out effective rates for various sites based on competition and market trends.
- Ensuring optimal and complete occupancy of all sites to increase profitability around the clock.
- Monthly review /MIS of the SALES TARGETS FOR SIGNAGE KIOSKS AND WEEKEND ACTIVITIES initiatives & incorporate correctives measures
. Execute activities and follow-up for payments (own clients) . Debtor Management Payment recovery within stipulated time frame
