First Steps - Area Sales Manager (6-12 yrs)

- Accountable for the complete retail operations across the Region .

- Involve in target setting for the month and give inputs based on the actual market and stores trend across the region.

- Aggressive support and follow ups to the sales team on weekly basis in order to achieve the sales target for the month 

- Ensuring that the productivity is achieved in given area by reaching the targetted SPF.Interaction with Merchandising team and TL to have better products, manpower and promotions.

- Classifying the stores with grading based on the sales potential to rationalise the manpower .Interaction with TL to maintain best skilled staffs for all A& B stores and to operate without manpower for lower grade stores

- To identify measures to control of expenses on manpower and travel and achieve 10% lesser than budget planned .Interaction with TL to ensure staff placement at each to avoid loss of sales .

- Clear knowledge of competition sales and Suggest the plan to the management team to compete the same .

- Monthly Training of sales staffs at product, Brand, selling skills and positive attitude . 


- Frequent meeting with core team .Movement tracker to ensure effective movement of core team to cover all stores

- Interaction with Merchandising team and TL to have 100% fill against base stocks.Monthly feedback system with the details and reasons for FMS & SMS and focussing more on all styles to achieve minimum sell thru of 80% within the season.

- Interaction with Merchandising team and TL to identify the concern on quality,styling,colour, sizing & pricing and instant feedback to Management team and also have smooth processing of RTV .Interaction with VM Lead,

- AVM and TL to have clear execution of display and consistant maintenance across stores and also the launch of new stores.

- Identification of new retail and additional store opportunities and initiate the discussion with the retailer at the region specific level to create the presence of brand in maximum stores. Frequent interaction and maintain healthy relationship with the front end retailer team to have smooth funtioning of Retail operation and also provide efficient service as per their requirement.

Introducing atleast 10 stores across the country in terms of LFS, RLFS /EBO Franchisees / Hospitals
