FinMapp (a product venture of Fininfinity Technologies Pvt Ltd) is a one-stop shop for all financial products available digitally from top banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, mutual fund Institutions and capital markets. It is a proprietary match-making solution which recommends right financial products tailored to an individual's financial needs.

Job Summary :

- FinMapp is looking for a experienced Customer Support specialist who can take ownership for effectively understanding & resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior

Responsibilities :

- Manage large amounts of inbound calls and resolve any query in a timely manner

- Follow communication - scripts- when handling different topics

- Identify customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives

- Seize opportunities to educate and pitch the right products as and when they arise

- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

- Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way

- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve domain knowledge and performance level

- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
 
Requirements :

- Previous experience in a customer support role

- Track record of over-achieving the targets

- Strong personal and verbal communication skills along with active listening

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

- Proficiency in Hindi and English language

Qualification : Graduate

Experience :0- 2 years
