About the role :

- FinMapp is looking for a experienced Customer Support Specialist who can take ownership for effectively understanding & resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour via phone calls. Experience :

- 1 to 2 years (Required)

Education : Any Graduate

Primary roles and responsibilities :

- Manage large amounts of inbound/Outbound calls and resolve any customer query in a timely manner through proper escalation channels

Follow communication : Scripts- when handling different topics

Identify customers : Needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives

- Seize opportunities to educate and pitch the right products as and when they arise

- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

- Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way

- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve domain knowledge and performance level

- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

- Sell the Product while on call or chats.

- Have good knowledge about Financial Products like, Loans, Insurance, Investments

Mandatory skills :

- Previous experience in a customer support role

- Track record of over-achieving the targets

- Strong personal and verbal communication skills along with active listening

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively

- Hands on experience in inbound customer service

- Hands on experience in working on chat bot

- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel.

- Should be proficient in English/ Hindi/ Telugu/ Tamil/ Kannada

Other Skills :

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.

- Ability to multi-task and sustain in a high-pressure startup environment
