FINLYT - Assistant Manager - Corporate/B2B Sales (5-7 yrs)

Position Summary : As a Corporate Sales Manager at Finlyt Group, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with corporate clients. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with other departments to develop and execute sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue through acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities with existing clients.

Pay Structure :

- During the initial three-month probation period, your monthly compensation will be performance-based. You will receive a flat 15% commission on B2C sales.

- Upon successful completion of the probation period and meeting the minimum performance expectations, you will transition to a fixed payroll.

- CTC : Negotiable

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy and Planning :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.

- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales efforts.

- Analyse sales data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and objectives.

New Business Development :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting and generating leads.

- Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.

- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Account Management :

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients.

- Understand client requirements and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their needs are met and identify areas for improvement.

- Resolve customer concerns and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Collaboration and Reporting :

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar role within the corporate sales domain.

- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, preferably in the financial or technology sector.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
