Finly Technology is a financial technology software provider for Enterprises. We offer an Intelligent and scalable accounts payable automation suite called Finly to power the Finance department and its operations.

- Payment automation for all businesses via deep integration with all the top banks in India: ICICI, Yes Bank, HDFC, Kotak, etc.

All this could be achieved with a nimble team of 38 (3 salespeople across Mumbai & Delhi and the rest of the team in Bangalore)

Summary of Responsibilities :

- The Lead Development Representative (LDR) contacts prospects, builds relationships with prospective customers and passes those qualified prospects on to the Business Development team for further qualification. The LDR role reports to the Manager, Business Development.

- Educate and qualify prospects to create sales-ready leads via phone and email

- Work closely with the Manager, Business Development to support successful outbound campaigns

- Assist Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with territory management by identifying and prioritizing prospects in the territory and creating strategies for approaching those prospects

- Work closely with BDRs to identify and uncover leads at target accounts

- Secure leads for the BDR team to follow up on

- Conduct discovery and other pre-sales calls with prospects

- Research accounts prior to the first contact to understand the need and educate the prospect regarding SimpleNexus product line (specific by-product, point of sale, eClose)

- Become a credible resource and develop trusted relationships with prospects

- Contact webinar attendees to uncover possible interest in SimpleNexus products

- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

- Track all prospecting and lead management activities in Salesforce CRM

Basic Qualifications

- 1+ years experience in sales, business development, or account management roles.

- Experience making high volume outbound calls required.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and resources effectively when working with a high volume of leads.

- Superior pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

- Experience with CRM solutions; Salesforce is a plus, but not required.

- Demonstrated success of working independently with a proven track record of prospecting.

- Articulate and confident speaking to C-Level Executives.
