Finly Technology is a financial technology software provider for Enterprises. We offer an Intelligent and scalable accounts payable automation suite called - Finly- to power the Finance department and their operations.


You'll be working for a global SaaS Product that has helped hundreds of businesses have their finance teams gain complete insight into spend data by automating the flow of capital within the organization.


- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

- Use effective communication to reach out to customers and verify account information.

- Work with the customer success team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.


- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Proven customer support experience

- Strong business acumen

- High attention to detail

- Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications

- Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn

- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

- Implementing a company's procedural standards requires the utmost accuracy and attention to detail

- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
