Job Title : Telecalling
Reporting To : Operations Manager
Experience : 2 to 4 Yrs
Qualification : Any Degree with hands-on experience
Location : Chennai & Bangalore
Skill Set Required :
- Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar.
- Computer literate.
- Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Good interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to receive critique without internalizing it.
Job Responsibilities :
- Studying the details of each product and remain well-informed of updates
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the usage and benefits of products.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Note important details of each conversation.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to the Sales team.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
