Team Leader - Inside Sales
- Train, mentor and lead team of Inside Sales Executive engaged in the IAP (Investment Awareness Program) for successful deliverable.
- Direct the Inside Sales Team as they contact customers and support direct sales team.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients;
- Develop talent within the team by providing guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities, enabling team members to achieve set targets.
- Evaluate sales records periodically and ensure that the team KPI's are met;
To be successful in the job it will help will help to :
- Have previous experience in coordinating a Telesales Team;
- Have well developed people management and project management skills.
- Exhibit good marketing skills to make high sales.
- Excellent presentation skills to convince customers about new products.
- Must be a graduate Post graduate.
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in working in BFSI industry in the required function with at least 1- 2 years of team management experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English
