FIITJEE - Executive - Sales & Marketing (0-5 yrs)
- Generate admissions by maintaining a continuous influx of data by conducting Above The Line (ATL) & Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities such as seminars in schools, open seminars in town & residential spots within a specified territory.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (outdoor media, newspaper inserts, standee events etc.), seminars and promotional events.
- Initiate surveys to assess target group requirements.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Monitor the progress of campaigns and submit reports.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Meeting with potential school representatives to discuss possibilities for collaboration with FIITJEE with respect to events, sessions etc.
- Ensuring regular contact with coordinators/principals to maintain our institutes presence.
- Conducting school events after understanding their requirements.
- Settling the partner's concerns in a swift and professional manner.
To be successful in the Sales & Marketing role you are required to have :
1. Ability to handle customers in a calm, empathic & patient manner, along with strong sales persuasion skills.
2. Excellent networking and presentation skills to conduct seminars.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails, & comfortable while working on software related to Sales & Services.
4. Fluency in the communication of English and Regional languages.
5. Comfortable for travelling and public speaking.
6. Must have Geographical Knowledge of Chandigarh Tri-City or Preferably from Chandigarh Tri-city.
Qualification :
1. Must have a bachelor's degree.
2. Preferred BTech/MBA Education etc.
Experience :
1. Previous experience in counselling in education or careers counselling.
2. Previous experience of Business to Customer (B2C) Sales across industries.
Experience : 0 - 5 Yrs
