ROLE

We are looking for a self-motivated and committed individual, who under the guidance of the Sr. Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of the organization's existing partnerships and expanding the pipeline to achieve organizational fundraising targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Cold calling prospective donors on a continual basis to establish effective communications with them.

- Acquiring new partnerships for funding and increasing the organization's resources as per targets set.

- Writing concept notes, proposals, budgets and reports, and following up on proposals submitted.

- Managing the fundraising database and tracking systems.

- Managing donors, providing regular MIS and reports, and building a strong relationship with them

- Attending conferences, CSR summits and relevant events for networking.

- Researching various tenders and grants floated by organizations and coordinating submission of proposals.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate or higher with 2-5 years- experience in fundraising with an NGO

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people at all levels

- Ability to turn complex program information into simple, easy content

- Dynamic and eager to make a difference in the social sector

- Strong autonomy and ability to manage several projects simultaneously

- Sound work ethics

- Women professionals on a career break due to personal reasons and interested in starting a 2nd career in the development sector may also apply.
