We have a very urgent requirement for the BDE Position. Candidate must have experience with IT Software based company.

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive who can handle business development operations for the technical team of 5-10 people and drive revenue to the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested to handle end-to-end business development from pre-sales to project closure.

Responsibilities:

Identifying business opportunities in global and domestic markets.

Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels(Linkedin Sales Navigator, Cold calling, Cold email, social media, and online bidding [Upwork, Guru, fiverr, etc]).

Having knowledge of sales inbound and outbound sales and marketing.

Following the complete sales cycle generating leads and converting to prospect, validate the lead/prospect, business proposal, negotiation, related documentation & closure of lead.

Pitching the business service, sending/seeking requisite information/proposal and follow up.

Understanding and analyzing business & technical requirements from clients.

Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline.

Relationship management and client engagement with existing and potential clients.

Present attractive presentations and write proposals for projects.

Closing deals by client interaction, bidding, and negotiations.

Knowledge of Software technology and being able to provide solutions for digital transformation.

Having a brief idea of the latest software development tech stack in the market.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience as BDE or BDM in the IT domain

Well-versed with sales Lifecycle and business development.

Should have knowledge of lead generation through various channels.

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.

Must be good at connections building and negotiations skills

Must have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.

Must be detail-oriented with good planning and organizing skills.

Team player with strong analytical and client management skills.
