Field Sales Role - Insurance (2-6 yrs)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your typical activities are likely to include:
- Achievement or exceeding of sales targets.
- Making each week and month's reports.
- Giving sales presentations to several potential customers.
- Coordinating marketing and sales initiatives.
- Recognising and promoting company initiatives.
- Putting together and sending sales agreements for orders.
- Visits with customers and potential customers are made to assess needs or to advertise goods and services.
- Keeping client records current.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
- Min 2 Years Of Field Sales Experience in Any Sector.
- Strong bent toward direct sales & marketing,
- Should possess good communication & presentation skills,
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Background - BFSI industry is a bonus.
