Designation - Sales Manager (B2B) -

Job description :

- Responsible for empanelment of new jeweller partners and ensuring the implementation of platform

- Designing and implementing strategic sales plan to onboard/empanel the jewellers and another distribution network

- Streamlining process to ensure smooth functioning and onboarding of jeweller partners

- Ensuring process & documentation compliance, query resolution and relationship management of jeweller partners.

- Designing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve the assigned targets.

- Building & Managing relationships with business associates, channel partners & other networks.

- Managing and motivating the partners towards achieving business goals.

- Upselling and Cross Selling to the potential partners.

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and partner relationships.

- Coordinate sales effort with other internal departments

- Aggressively follow-up to ensure and expand the network

Roles and Responsibilities :

Can we include Lead Generation, Managing Sales promotion activities in and around the city, say 100 kms radius of the city, achievement of minimum set goals within timeline and regular reports.
