Field Sales Role - eCommerce (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
Location : Chennai & Bangalore.
- MBA grads with minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
- Hard core sales experience required.
- English and other regional languages.
Requirements :
- Graduate, with 12 months of Any sales experience with knowledge about E-commerce business and local market place
- English is mandatory along with any regional language
The job profile is :
- The candidate will have to report to the office first and post taking downloads and updates from. Manager will leave for field
- Need to convince seller for getting them on board in flipkart platform
- Help and guide sellers with ideas and pricing strategy for increasing sales
- Convincing them to take part in various sales events, advertisement campaigns, bringing more products and varieties of goods.
- Willingness to work on field and flexibility required
- Primary goal is to increase sales of sellers through face to face meetings , consultations.
- Continuous follow up with all sellers
- Maintaining strong relationship with existing sellers and onboarding new sellers
- Conduct market research
- Staying up to date on industry trends , pricing according to the market , advertisement revenue ROI etc
- Preparing and submitting regular reports on sales activities
- Achieving sales targets of sellers on a regular basis.
