Field Sales Role - BFSI (2-4 yrs)

Responsibility :

- Traveling to meet with prospective customers.

- Recruitment and development of quality advisors

- Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on products, regulations, and other selling inputs

- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors

- Motivating advisors in order to retain the performing advisors giving special attention to average performers and providing needs based training.

- Analyzing budgets and sales reports and making recommendations for improvement.

- Evaluating sales team performance and scheduling training sessions as required.

- Developing new marketing and branding strategies.

- Setting targets and advising teams on how to achieve them.

- Conducting market research and attending industry events where networking is possible.

Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's Degree in any stream

- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)

- Strong Communications Skills

- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

- Leadership and team management skills

- Customer-oriented
