- Field Sales Consultant, is responsible for sourcing new prospects, negotiating with them, and closing sales deals. Standard deliverables include meeting sales quotas, positive customer relations, and increasing company revenue.

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

- Recruiting by presenting career opportunities to potential advisors

- Recruiting confident advisors via the marketplace, natural resources, and other channels

- Make sure advisers receive proper training on the product, rules, and other selling inputs.

- Monitoring and evaluating advisors' business performance

- By going to customer meetings with the advisers, impart product and practical training.

- Helping advisers understand the sales process and hitting revenue goals

- Meeting or exceeding sales objectives

- Bargaining all assurances with prospective customers

- Assisting define pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations

- Describe the policies of the company to our customers via cold calling

- Sell products and services by convincing the customer

- Attending and participating in product training and conferences

- Taking note of the sales goals and achieving the same

Candidate Requirement :

- Any bachelor degree.

- 2 years at the very least in sales and marketing

- Building & Leveraging Relationships

- Team-playing ability

- Strong Network in the local market

- Ability to work under pressure
