- Maayri Foods is a Foodtech startup which is trying to fill the gap of healthy, homely, vegetarian food for office-goers. Our objective is to serve up to 10000 meals every day. We live by our tagline of - Served with Love- in all the aspects of work, and most notably with our customers and employees. Currently, we are operational in Kolkata, where we own the whole service lifecycle from customer acquisition, food production, and delivery.

- This is a Hunter profile, where the main task is to get more business.

- Conduct the Daily Field Visits targets

- Work on different aspects of Marketing - ATL, BTL, Digitial, Personal

- Create a Sales pipeline for B2B business

- Set a monthly sales target and work as per the weekly reporting structure

Experience:

- 0 - 3 years in Sales and Marketing

- Self-driven Fresher with exceptional talent and dedication is welcome

Education:

- MBA (Sales and Marketing) from a good B-school, or CA

- Graduation (any discipline) from Premium Institute

Skills:

- Advanced knowledge of different aspects of Sales and Marketing

- Excellent Communication Skills - Bengali, Hindi, English (spoken and written)

- Tech-savvy, Good command over MS-Office and G-Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)

- Excellent with Numbers, Data Analysis, and Logical Reasoning

- Understanding of Basic Research - Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary

- Common Sense, Lateral Thinking, and Thinking on Feet

- Well-read and Ability to strike seamless conversations on any subject matter

- Self-driven and Highly Motivated, Puts high premium on Quality of work

- Enterprising and Good Organizational Skills, Overachieving deadlines/targets

- Comfortable working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment

- Comfortable working and interacting with people, and also being a lone wolf

- Hungry to learn and perform; Positive attitude towards life and work
