Job Title: Field Sales Representative - Agency

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to customers within a designated geographic area. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be working with our agency partners to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals in the designated area

- Build and develop relationships with agency partners to create new business prospects.

- Set up in-person meetings with clients to demonstrate products and services and talk about their needs.

- Customers can request product samples and demonstrations as needed.

- Determine and quickly and expertly address consumer complaints and concerns

- Work together with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction and a smooth closing of deals.

- Be up on market changes, competitive activities, and industry trends.

- Compile and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other pertinent data as needed.

- To advance your knowledge and abilities, attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- 3+ years of experience in field sales or BFSI or insurance sector.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Proven track record of surpassing sales targets in a B2B environment

- A strong background in negotiations and persuasion

- Competency with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications Ability to operate both alone and as a team

- Driving privileges that are current and reliable transportation

- Flexibility to move about the designated area as needed

CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
