Job Title : Field Sales Representative - Agency Channel
Job Summary : We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our team and focus on the agency vertical.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency contacts through regular meetings and communication;
- Gain a complete understanding of the agency's business objectives and marketing strategies; and
- Promote our products and services to agencies to assist them in accomplishing their business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the agency vertical;
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns;
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to agency contacts;
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs; and
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to help improve our products and services.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales and marketing.
- Proven expertise in field sales or account management within the agency vertical
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
