Job Role - FSR (Field Sales Representative)

Short Description :

The FSR manages customer concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationships with an organization. He/she Interacts with customers, installers, distributors to resolve problems, and recommend products and services. The job requires direct interactions with ISRs to ensure first time resolution to customer queries within the defined TAT. The FSR should anticipate customer questions and familiarize themselves with products and services to offer the best recommendations.

Duties/Responsibilities :

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries through face-face meeting, email, or phone.

- Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies.

- Interact with installers, distributors, or other channel partners for hassle free customer purchase journey.

- Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits

- Provide simple and clear answers in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance

- Document customer interactions when necessary, compile documents and forward information to interested parties

- Work with ISR teams to ensure the incoming leads are recorded and responded leading to a sale or purchase.

Skills/Requirements/Qualifications :

- Customer Service Skills

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Good with negotiation and selling skills

- Time management skills with ability to multi-task

- Motivated, energetic, driven work ethic CS Tools- Customer Support tools like SFDC, MS Dynamics Software - Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word

- Experience - 2-3 years

- Languages: Fluent in both English and Hindi, regional language is an added benefit

Other Requirements:

- FSR needs to work 6 days a week. If required, may be required to work during weekends.

- Should be highly mobile. The job would need extensive market working and meeting customers/installers.
