Position: Field Sales Officer

Location: Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Agra, Lucknow

CTC: 4 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 3 to 4 years experience in sales and marketing

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential customers and promote Life Insurance products and services to generate new business. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate insurance solutions.

- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to address client queries and concerns. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on them.

- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, claims, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

- Coordinate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and materials.

- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and other relevant documentation.

- Provide timely and comprehensive reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in any stream

- Required min 3 years' experience in sales and business development

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.

- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
