Job description :
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors.
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors.
- Position of Team Leader.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :
Experience : Min. 2 Year in Sales and Marketing and 1 Year in the Insurance sector
CTC : Up to 3.20 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
Job Type : Full Time-On Roll
Age : 24 to 36 years
Education : Any Graduation
