Field Officer(Mentoring) - This position requires extensive travelling in Urban & Rural areas
Job Responsibilities :
1. Preferred MBA - Marketing or MSW in rural & urban development (NGO/Social Work/ CSR project background)
2. Work experience can be from Product Marketing, Banking, Micro Finance etc.
3. Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in any social work industry
4. Good knowledge in Skill Development Programs, Training, Banking Financials
5. Work with Volunteer Business Mentors from the SME sector in promoting entrepreneurship
6. Source potential mentors from service clubs such as Rotary, Lions, Business associations, etc. and make presentations about BYST to potential mentors
7. Coordinate in identification, recruitment, orientation and training of mentors
8. Assign roles to mentors as per their expertise and facilitate the same Recognize, Rewards & Retain mentors
9. Conduct meetings of mentors through regular chapter meetings
10. Assign mentors to all entrepreneurs and facilitate such relationships, track relationships, renew or reassign if required.
11. Follow up with mentors for effective mentoring of BYST supported entrepreneurs.
12. Organize support services such as business skill development training, business seminars, exhibitions, get-togethers, marketing support etc. for the BYST supported entrepreneurs.
13. Work on nominations for various national and international awards
14. Maintain database of all Mentors
15. Prepare MIS reports to Management
