Field Executive - Sales - Education Counselling (1-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing activities, and generate sales leads
- Visit colleges for tie-ups. Map out potential sources of student admissions.
- Manage BTL activities locally
- Reach monthly sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationship with agents
- Build agents network at local level and do regular follow ups with them
An ideal candidate should have :
- Comfortable with field sales role; open to be in the market everyday (has a bike)
- Good at consultative sales: Ability to build trust and suggest courses without being pushy
- Can handle sales pressure
- Good at communication (good in regional language)
- Open to take feedback; accept mistakes and failures
