Fibre2Fashion - Key Account Manager - Sales (1-7 yrs)
- Responsible to Achieve annual and monthly sales goals through efficient management and satisfaction of customer needs within assigned geography by regular coverage of assigned area
- Assist in providing sales and product training to key retailers as requested.
- Proactively support distributor in recruiting new qualifying channel partners (Retailers/Agents/Franchisees) as per the defined target.
- Achievement of assigned sales by maximizing promotion and market conditions to reporting manager.
- Maintains direct personal contact with all clients and responds in a timely manner (24 hours or less) to all requests for information or requirements/issues.
- When called upon, KAM will assist in resolving customer relation problems
- Demonstrates the ability to provide solutions to customers' needs in a win -win fashion.
- Helps establish effective sales and, marketing plans
- Has a complete knowledge of all assigned product lines.
- Maintains a personal library of sales and other related materials for all assigned product lines.
- Ensure all commitments and promises are made with due approvals as per company processes
- Creates awareness and good word of mouth for the service in the assigned areas
