Fever 104 FM - Sales Support Role (2-5 yrs)
- Meeting Budget on Gross Margin - Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the business that ensures attainment of goals (GM) both annualized and quarterly.
- Sales Strategy - Prepare action plans for sales leads, prospects and conversion.
- Develop key client business - Develop and build 4-5 key clients for Fever through annual deals or repeat business.
- Conversion - Develop and execute one project a qtr with minimum 30% GM on each project.
- Sales Strategy - Ideate, develop and sell 2 pre conceived concepts - category specific/ client specific.
- Fever Ethics - Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
