Ferns n Petals - Senior Executive - Business Development - International Market (1-4 yrs)
Business Development & Revenue :
- The Senior Executive International Business is responsible for new business development for international business of Ferns N Petals by closing new international partnerships for fulfilling international gifting deliveries.
- He/she would thus, be responsible for revenue generation through the new international partner network developed.
- He/she would also make sure that the new partners adhere to the terms of SLA to be agreed upon.
Strategy & Execution :
- He/she plays an active role along with the head of international business, in the formulation of growth strategies for the international business line of Ferns N Petals.
- He/she develops effective performance management arrangements along with the head of international business that support the achievement of the international business overall targets, goals, and objectives.
- He/she plays an important role in the identification of opportunities that improves the revenue through international business and thereby enhances the market share of Ferns N Petals in International Gifting.
Required Qualifications :
Education :
- Any graduate
- An MBA/PGDM would certainly add some brownies, but not mandatory
