Ferns n Petals - Manager/Senior Manager - Digital Sales (6-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Handling sales/monetization business for our virtual forum - sipping thoughts- and finding meaningful/ relevant opportunities for brand integration/sponsorship deals
- Should be able to ideate, prepare customized sales pitches and concepts for clients to being them on board
- Identify and acquire new clients who want to raise the bar on their demand generation, brand visibility and brand building efforts.
- Generate and close new business opportunities through targeted outreach with prospective client contacts, networking, leveraging existing relationships.
- Manage the new business pipeline, as well as weekly status and quarterly reports
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and collaboration with brands on an on-going basis.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding sales/marketing strategy surrounding them
Requirements :
- Proven track record of designing and executing sales pitches and handling sponsorship marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Masters degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline
- Driven and a Strong sense of end-to-end ownership
- Proactive and motivated team player with a strong work ethic
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office - Power-point, Excel etc.
- Exemplary communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional Exp: 8-10 years from advertising/media industry
