Felix Hospital - Assistant Manager/Senior Executive/Executive - Referral Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Job Descriptions :
1. Empanel new physician/consultants within the hospital vicinity.
2. Promoting existing and new hospital offerings in Noida & Greater Noida areas.
3. Analyzing & targeting the potential new physician/consultants for new empanelment.
4. Review of existing potential physician/consultants.
5. Time to time organizing different events/camps for the target audience.
6. Coordination with all existing clients for optimum service satisfaction.
7. Managing the good relationship of an ongoing basis in terms of new/changed needs, grievance redresses & feedback on services.
8. Taking personal care for all referred patients for optimum satisfaction.
9. New lead generation/conversion on regular basis within the assigned territory.
Candidate Desirables :
1. Ability to understand hospital business environment.
2. Willingness for doing field work.
3. Working knowledge of MS word, MS excel & CRM.
4. Reputed hospitals within Noida Greater Noida locations.
5. Pharmaceutical companies.
6. Hands on exposure 2-5 years in Referral/Trade Marketing from any reputed hospital.
