Telemarketer Job Profile :

To get in touch with corporation/ individuals via the phone to promote, services

To modify scripted pitches to meet the needs of particular entities.

To record details of service users

To explain the service to potential customers.

To provide details and handle customer questions.

To obtain customer information, and update the database

To maintain details in the system/database

To make phone calls to prospective customers who respond to emails.

To contact customers regularly to follow up on initial interactions.
