FatakPay - Senior Sales Role - Credit Cards/Personal Loans (5-10 yrs)
Role :
- Responsible for direct end user sales for credit cards and loans and working with eco-system on joint sales and marketing programs which includes creative, imaginative and proactive marketing
- Convert leads into active customers using various channels : Direct, affiliate, tele-calling, digital marketing.
- Maximizing customer acquisition with assigned accounts over the short and long term
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual customer acquisition targets.
- Manage various teams to drive onboarding and acquisitions.
- Lead Customer Activation programs
- To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency
- Aggressively drive the sales team and achieve the business targets
- Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit Cards, personal loan Products
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Hands on knowledge on computers and MIS reporting etc.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter.
