- Sales Execution: Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing.

- Brand Representation: Acting as a primary ambassador for the franchise brand.

- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

- Identifying and generating leads through various channels (online, events, networking).

- Qualifying leads based on financial capacity, business acumen, and cultural fit.

- Maintaining a robust pipeline of potential franchisees.

Sales Process Management:

- Conducting initial consultations and presentations.

- Providing detailed information about the franchise opportunity.

- Guiding candidates through the due diligence process.

- Negotiating and finalizing franchise agreements.

- Ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding phase.

Relationship Building and Networking:

- Building rapport with potential franchisees and fostering trust.

- Attending industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.

- Maintaining ongoing communication with leads and prospects.

- Representing the brand in a positive and professional way.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

- Conducting market research to identify potential growth areas.

- Analyzing sales data and trends to track performance.

- Preparing regular reports on sales activities and progress.

- Keeping up to date on franchise laws and rules.

Collaboration and Support:

- Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support sales efforts.

- Providing support and guidance to new franchisees during onboarding.

- Working with legal teams to assure all contracts are correct.

Compliance:

- Adhering to all franchise disclosure regulations.

- Assuring all sales practices are ethical.
