Farmley - Trade Marketing Role (0-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
1. Driving team to capture: Stock, photos, expiry, sales, competition pricing.
2. Ensuring that the Team Members are completing targets, developing deep understanding about the products, competitors and are updated about the existing products & their pricing.
3. Ideation to increase on ground efficiency tracking manpower and increasing visits of merchandisers
4. Regular reporting of Business Metrics, driving sales through data optimization.
5. Payout Working and Costing Calculation : Attendance + TA and Incentive Tracking
6. Time utilization, frequency of coverage, weekend presence and beat coverage optimization.
7. Driving 0 RTV and initiating support for liquidation from Business Team.
8. Review based on daily coverage report and daily cadence with the team.
9. Undertake fabrication Initiatives.
10. Driving team to capture: Stock, photos, expiry, sales, competition pricing and maintaining operational discipline with rigour.
