About the opportunity :

This is a great opportunity as the candidate will get to working directly with the cofounders. This role will also give exposure to the startup journey from day one. With this role, the candidate will have a chance to grow rapidly with the organisation.

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Coordinating with micro-celebrities from different social media channels and helping them learn about the platform.

- Partner Management: Leverage all social channels to communicate regularly and work closely with show hosts / micro-celebrities

- Plan, execute and manage all social media handles of the platform. Develop brand awareness and online reputation

- Working with various micro-celebrities (hosts) and coordinating with them to create content for the app and host short format games and quizzes.

- Help the Hosts to plan their Social Media and online marketing campaigns for live shows being hosted on the app.

- Work with Category / Ops / Product team in creating training materials and product features for the hosts for them to learn about the platform in an easy manner.

- The candidate should be able to work in an ambiguous and fast paced environment. The candidate should be willing to work for stretched hours when needed.

Basic Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or technical field

- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational Ability.

- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major social media channels

- 1-5 years of work experience

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and similar online tools

Skills required :

- Good written and verbal communication

- Strong people skills and stakeholder management

- Problem solving skills and resourcefulness

- Strong analytical & negotiation skills.
