Famy Group - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - eCommerce (3-8 yrs)
Position: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - E-commerce
Location: Corporate Office, Mumbai
Reporting to: Business Head
Education: Any Graduate (PG or MBA will be preferred)
Experience: The incumbent should have more than 3 yrs of experience
Job Objective & Primary Responsibilities:
- End to End Operational Activity Management on the panels of websites like Amazon, Flipkart etc.
- Coordinating with various departments for operational issues, timely deliveries, order fulfillment, replacement & refunds.
- Helping finance team in reconciliation & reimbursement.
- Identifying customer requirements as per Market and meeting the needs of the Customer.
- Maintain sales reports & analysis on the past sales figures/ trends to anticipate future product needs.
- Resolve discrepancies related to E-commerce portals.
- Adding new product listings to the panels regarding all the new launched products.
- Coordinating with the Respective Seller Platforms for different queries.
- Sales and other reports updation as and when required.
- Handling direct customer queries related to item delivery, return, refunds, payment method, product information etc.
- Payment Gateway Integration
- Manage website configuration & parameters (e.g. payment options, stock & price management)
