Job Description :
- Acquisition of Tier 1, Implementation partners, or direct US clients. Minimum $15-20 margins of IT recs. (W2 or C2C)
- Define and implement strategies to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with new clients.
- Must have experience in Client Management and a proven individual track record in staffing sales.
- Must have Client facing capabilities, and be able to directly interact with Clients for gathering new requirements, following up on submittals interviews, and placements.
- Any experience with Technical background with Management studies would be an added advantage.
- Must have good communicator (written & oral) with excellent presentation skills.
- Handle a small team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them
