Roles and Responsibilities :
- Excellent leadership quality to lead the other CCE members.
- Have a good understanding of products in current market conditions
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Ability to resolve complex customer problems.
- Shows ability to work efficiently with customers and internal stakeholders
- Has good communication & team management skills
- Use automation and technology to optimize process and workflows
- Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails
- Language Skills: English (if not mother tongue, fluent written and verbal) plus knowledge of a local language would be appreciated.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction.
