We are looking for a reliable Commercial Real Estate Sales Specialist with experience in the real estate industry to join us. You will be the point of contact between the buyers and sellers in finding the best non-resident properties. Your vast knowledge in property management will help guide buyers on mortgages and other best purchase methods. You should have good networking skills and maintain contact with attorneys and stakeholders. You should be able to address any client queries and hold transparent dealings

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Helping clients look for the best commercial properties.

-Promoting properties via print advertisements and digital media.

- Advising on property agreements, mortgage loans, and property pricing.

- Assistance in drafting legal documents Assisting in exchange or ownership.

- Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients.

- Maintaining a list of available properties.

- Attending networking events and property exhibitions.

- Using different marketing techniques to advertise properties.

- Advising clients on available options based on their needs and financial standing.

- Offering legal advice.

- Researching about properties.

- Coordinating with Real Estate Agents.

- Reviewing best practices of purchase and property management.

- Evaluating and helping gather all paperwork.

- Developing business relationships, Ensuring departmental compliance with policies and regulations.

- Making sales calls. Monitoring deals.

Requirements:-

- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as Sales from real estate industry.

- Bachelor's degree in any subject

- Impressive sales record.

- Complete understanding of laws and regulations governing real estate.

- Knowledge of industry best practices and latest developments.

- Honest and reliable individual.

- Strong networking and persuasive skills.

- Good communication skills.

- Aggressive sales strategy
