Responsibilities:

- Help Salons & Spas market themselves better by selling advertising space to them on Fabogo

- Effectively search prospective clients and generate sales leads. Leads could range from Small Salons to Luxury Spas

- Advise clients on relevant and impactful marketing communication to be displayed on their advertising space on Fabogo. Amplify the impact of marketing campaigns by distributing Fabogo's marketing merchandise to Salons & Spas for display

- Prepare result reports for advertising campaigns and interpret them for clients. Also suggest measures to improve the effectiveness of the marketing campaign

- Manage end-to- end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing /invoicing, payment collection, campaign activations, result tracking and troubleshooting

- Sustaining and growing the Area revenue quarter by quarter and maintaining profitability of operations by appropriate cost control measures

- Creating and monitoring operating plans for the Zone

- Sustaining the city by identifying new business and marketing opportunities and ensuring smooth new product roll outs

- Conceptualising as well as executing the nuances of sales and operations

- Hiring and retaining talent for operations along with their training, performance evaluation and appraisals

- Develop future leaders within the Organisation

Requirements:

- 0-3 years of Sales experience. Relevant experience in sales is a bonus!

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

- Knowledge of how to operate a laptop / PC, good typing speed and working knowledge ofMicrosoft

Office

- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals

- Should be comfortable working in small and close-knit team

- Very high ethical standards

- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
