Roles & Responsibilities
1. Agility in customer response across platforms
2. Analyze customer queries and issues and address them by coming up with effective solutions
3. Provide customers with timely updates regarding orders, returns, refunds, etc.
4. Responsive for all communication channels through which customers send in their feedback or challenges for prompt resolution
5. Analyze customer care data and statistics to obtain results useful in taking key business decisions
6. Processing and issuance of timely refunds to customers
7. Maintain proper record of all customer care operations and activities for reference purposes
8. Conduct surveys to determine the opinion of customers regarding products/services
Requirements - Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
1. Education and Training : Bachelor's degree
2. Must have experience in customer service or management.
3. Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Customer Service Skills : Should be adept at courteously relating with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met
5. Problem-solving Skills : Should be skilled in analyzing customer queries and issues and coming up with useful recommendations to resolve them
6. Interpersonal skills : Should be able to work with multiple teams
