Opportunity: Performance Marketing Manager

Areas Of Responsibility:

- Responsible for Performance Marketing Channels - SEM, Display, Remarketing and Facebook Paid Marketing.


- Will be responsible for budgeting, planning & implementation of large scale media spends across channels to meet business objectives


- Execute remarketing/meta campaigns across devices (desktop, msite and app) and effectively managing meta channels to drive cost effective ROI.


- Responsible for highly customer-centric and innovative ways with out of the box thinking to deliver best customer experience


- Working with creative and technology teams to develop best in class marketing campaigns optimized for conversion, relevance and customer preferences - Leverage data and analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiencies and to build inbound traffic and improve conversions on the website & apps


- Create & drive strategy with right prioritization of initiatives to deliver highest returns on marketing spends


- Responsible for rapidly acquiring and retaining new customers through an aggressive and entrepreneurial approach of constantly testing, measuring and iterating using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning with Google/FB/others as partner

Requirements:

- B.E/B.Tech or equivalent degree from good institute - 3- 4 years of experience in performance marketing.


- Superior analytical capabilities with strong insight and proven understanding of how performance marketing works across all digital channels.


- Hands-on experience with catalog based bid management strategies/tools for meta channels/SEM will be desirable


- Great communication and interpersonal skills


- A thorough understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition


- Experience in handling large scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impact

- An understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of a marketplace. - Passionate about putting the customer at the heart of all marketing activities. - Awesome individual contributor and team player and should be able to adapt to situations for the best business outcome
