About this Opportunity :

- You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs for the B2B sales team at FabHotels. You will work closely with the sales team to understand their training needs and create customized training programs that help them meet their goals. You will also be responsible for coordinating and delivering induction programs for new hires in the B2B sales team.

Responsibilities :

- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

- Qualifications :

- Willingness to be part of a young, dynamic team that is building a disruptive, and a sustainable business

- Strong curiosity and communication skills to be able to understand and convey the value addition delivered by TravelPlus.

- B2B client handling experience is a must.

- Proven track record of working in a hyper growth environment and ability to do zero to 1 and 1 to 100.

- Ability to put customers first.
