Introducing our SaaS Product :

- TravelPlus is a corporate travel and expense management platform that works for everyone - www.travelplusapp.com. We launched in Oct'20, and within a short span of two years, 2000+ leading corporates in India from tech unicorns to traditional companies use TravelPlus to manage their entire travel spend. We are the largest player in the corporate travel segment and are backed by marquee investors of the likes of Accel Partners and Goldman Sachs. Headquartered out of New Delhi, we have local presence across Metros. With a backing of 7+ years of hospitality experience running FabHotels, India's biggest and the most preferred premium economy hotels chain with 1000+ hotels in 60+ cities and catering to 2000+ corporate & SME clients, we understand the critical role that both technology and people play in delivering superior corporate travel experiences.

Responsibility :

- Establish and maintain a trusting and supportive relationship with clients

- Working with clients to help them plan and book their travel needs

- Build value for the client experience and service

- Researching and selecting the best options for their travel arrangements, booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other services, and providing advice and assistance throughout the travel planning process

- Develop account and opportunity plans to coordinate the team to grow sales to advance and deliver results

- Providing excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to ensure that clients have a pleasant and stress-free experience

- Requires keeping up to date on market trends and rates in order to provide the best possible advice to clients

- Involves managing client accounts and providing detailed invoices and records of all travel arrangements

Skills :

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in B2B and Travel Sales/Ops

- Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships

- High energy and drive with good negotiation skills

- Strong oral and written communication skills with capacity to conduct both formal and informal presentations to clients and prospects

- Willingness to travel extensively across the region

- Ability to take end to end ownership

- Driven by working hard, being challenged in a fast-paced environment, and having fun while doing so

- Can-do attitude and passion for self-learning in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented, output-driven, and diligent individual

- Proactive delivery attitude, willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on can-do approach

- Highly passionate, motivated, and dynamic individual willing to work in an independent high-growth environment
