Key Responsibilities:

- Develop the business towards the projected growth ethically, timely and economically in consultation with your respective manager.

- Develop and nurture a strong relationship with Clients.

- Manage the existing portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success as well as acquire new Government accounts.

- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.

- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.

- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).

- Responsible for increasing the portfolio base in terms of revenue.

- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

- Responsible for increasing the portfolio base in terms of revenue.

- Should be open to work in Client Acquisition and relationship building.

- Good Excel and PowerPoint Presentation Skills required.

- Comfortable to work Off-Site (Field) for business alliance and acquisitions

Must-Have : 

- Good Interpersonal and Negotiation skills.

- Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.

- Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.

- May have good existing Government client relationships in the market.

- Min 3-4 years exp in Tendering, Cost estimation, Sales management/Administration, Business Development, Marketing and Project management in Gov. PSUs

- Should have deep knowledge about the functioning of various government departments and bodies
