Hiring Manager Digital Marketing 


- Lead the overall digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, digital film production & promotion, social advertising, ideation of creatives for various marketing initiatives, budgeting, digital ads spends management, stock analysis (Return & bestseller etc.).
 
Key Responsibilities : 

- Leading a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across search and other social media channels.

- Take overall online business ownership.

- To build the right offer to suit the online customer profile and maximize full price sell through by pushing sales and profit opportunities.

- Accountable for delivering the business sales & margin targets.

- Optimize Website & App Checkout funnel.

- Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.

- Developing and managing the E-commerce budget & monthly spend and revenue target.

- Analytical mindset to be able to support business needs. Reacting to sales analysis and formulate strategy to maximize sales

- Increase efficiency through optimizations, targeting execution, and testing with a track record of handling high campaign volume, large budgets, complex strategies, and driving quantifiable results.

- Present innovative ideas and creative tactics to improve efficiencies for future marketing expansion or optimization.

- Using data and analytics for decision making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth.

- Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS.

- Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners.

- Develop and oversee email marketing, SEO and marketing automation strategy.

- Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns.

Candidature : 

- At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing role in B2C Brand.

- Strong experience in planning & execution for performance-based campaigns in D2C brand.

- Hands on experience on all major paid platforms 


 - AdWords (Search, Display, YT), Social Media Platform such as Facebook Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads, Snapchat etc.
