FabAlley - Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)

Role Objective : To lead the CRM team for Faballey & Indya.

- This includes Emails, SMS, Notifications, Triggered customer journeys.

- Take charge of the Retention and Repeat Business Marketing team which looks at shaping demand and driving growth from our Repeat Buyer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Defining & Executing channel-wise CRM growth strategy with the team.

- Drive analytics for each channel to get customer insights, take informed business calls basis those

- Plan & execute growth experiments to achieve targets across each channel, including Tech/ Product related growth experiments with the Product team

- Plan & execute customer segmentation and personalized customer journey automation with the aim to increase CTRs, engagement KPIs

- Closely monitor and derive insights via cohort analysis for repeat customers

- Own gamification and presale engagement for sale events

- Drive growth via coupons. Manage overall budgets & Ops team

- Stakeholder management: External vendors for CRM + Internal cross-functional business teams like merchandising, pricing, design, product, etc.

- Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimization tactics that consistently improve each channels' conversion and efficiencies

- Partner with internal creative teams to develop marketing messaging and creative execution.

Candidature :

- 3-5 years' experience, at least 2 years in CRM

- Preferably someone having previous work experience in customer segmentation, defining

personalized customer journeys, CTR improvement projects in B2C scenarios.

- Strong organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results

- Good problem-solving skills to achieve KPIs using first principles thinking. For eg.
find the root cause of traffic hits/misses + areas of opportunity for growth experiments
